Sebaiknya materi "Cloud Computing" untuk program studi "Sistem Informasi" dibedakan dengan program studi "Infromatika". Untuk program studi "Sistem Informasi" seharusnya lebih fokus kepada implementasi dan pengelolaan teknologi cloud dalam bisnis. Konsep, teknologi dan arsitektur cloud computing tetap relevan sebagai dasar pemahaman tetapi perlu juga ditambahkan pemahaman terhadap manfaat, tantangan dan penerapan praktis cloud computing di dunia bisnis. Usulan bahan kajian RPS "Cloud Computing" untuk program studi "Sistem Informasi": Sesi 1-2: Pengantar dan Model Layanan Cloud Computing (Sejarah, definisi & model layanan). Sesi 3-4: Model Deployment dan Pemanfaatan Cloud. Sesi 5-6: Keamanan Cloud dan Privasi Data (Resiko keamnanan dan strategi mitigasi). Sesi 7-8: Penyimpanan Data dalam Cloud.
